Returns & Exchanges Policy

At HSD Photography Backdrops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your studio setup; if your backdrop arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 14-day return window for a full replacement or refund. Please note that because our backdrops are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for changes of mind or incorrect size selection.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item if it is damaged.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully roll the backdrop and place it in its original heavy-duty shipping tube to ensure it is not creased during transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect the returned backdrop, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
